Which protocol should I start with?+
16:8 is the most sustainable starting point for most people — it fits around a normal sleep schedule and only means skipping one meal.
Does fasting break if I drink coffee?+
Black coffee, plain tea, and water do not meaningfully break a fast. Adding cream, sugar, or milk does.
When should I work out?+
Either works — fasted training can support fat loss for some people, while eating beforehand may support performance for heavier lifting. Pick what you can stick to consistently.
